@bettercallsalva @grinich It handles CI failures, merge conflicts, and review comments too. The actual PR merge remains a human gate today, but I expect we’ll see this evolve as verification gets stronger.

@grinich self-driving as the framing is interesting. is the agent meant to handle merge conflicts and review feedback too, or just the green-path of new features?

For the past several months, our engineering team has been building a new agentic coding system designed around a simple idea: the self-driving codebase. These aren't just agents to write code on demand. They detect triggers, spin up secure sandboxes, gather dynamic context, open PRs, verify their work, unblock the next task, and learn from every failure. We think the future of software engineering may look more like swarms of event-driven agents, running continuously, with humans setting direction and reviewing the work. Ramp built Inspect. Stripe built Minions. Spotify built Honk. We call ours Horizon. 🌅 Read more about what we learned and where it's going next:

Introducing Role-Based Access Control for AuthKit. RBAC is crucial for authorization, defining what the user can do in your app once their identity is verified. With roles & permissions, you can offer enterprise customers a more precise and flexible way to manage user access.

User Management now supports deactivating and reactivating organization memberships. This is useful in soft-deletion cases like in Slack where messages and content remain visible after a member is deactivated.

I'm thrilled to announce that @WorkOS has acquired Warrant.dev (YC S21), the Fine Grained Authorization (FGA) service for developers. What problem does this solve? Why are we acquiring them? And why now?

It's amazing what can change with a tweet. Today @Cursor_AI completely runs on @WorkOS. 😊 They migrated hundreds of thousands of users to @AuthKit with zero downtime. Plus now they're ready for enterprise growth via SAML, SCIM, and more. 🚀 Excited to support the next generation of startups. This is just the beginning. 😉

In 2023, it is absolutely whack how expensive auth is for startups. @auth0 wants to charge us ~$100k for >125kMAUs which is effectively more expensive than all our non-AI features. getting email verification working on auth0 is insanely hard and not a toggle 😡.
