@AndrewShurmer @EnglandRugby I know they get assessed regularly, but since they are paid professionals they should have to justify their performance immediately after the match... and Rugby isn't the only sport where I believe this is the case, should bring it into football too

@matt_redders @EnglandRugby World Rugby do a post-match assessment of his performance. The more games he refs badly the lower down the refs list he goes, meaning less matches for him later 🙏
