@VeteranNoob1 @SaladBarFan @user84829272 We're coming from two different headspaces man
If you dont see that and think "maybe we should give people a little room" and instead think "we can maximize every inch to maximize every dollar for government subsidized (lowkey) residents"
More preservatives in my food please

A lot of people prefer this. You get a close knit community with kids playing in the streets, no yard to worry about esp in the hot summer. These people prefer to go to community parks and shared spaces. They just want a nice interior world to go back home to. It’s not hard to understand
Jon Elder@BlackLabelAdvsr
I see these neighborhoods being built in Texas and I’m trying to figure out who in their right mind would buy a mansion with zero lot lines. Like, you could do a handshake through your kitchen window. Insane! Please make it make sense.

@TheAliceSmith The more he's built up, the more legacy media will try to tear him down.
In b4 he's classified as a "far right figure"

@VeteranNoob1 @SaladBarFan @user84829272 You're trying to draw on historical references and I'm drawing on the "now"
Also your second pic is San Francisco. For the 3rd time.... that is not suburban DFW/rural sprawl, that is an urban area
English

@mattajos @SaladBarFan @user84829272 DFW is also an urban area, and one that's already used up nearly all land within reasonable commuting distances from its cores.

English

@SaladBarFan @VeteranNoob1 @user84829272 Idk I just think it's ugly. Visually, spiritually... just every way
Cheap, max profits squeezed out by developers... and for what? So more people can work service jobs?
English

@mattajos @VeteranNoob1 @user84829272 I just find this odd—there’s a tremendous amount of demand to live in higher density places, hence the extremely high prices.
English

@SaladBarFan @VeteranNoob1 @user84829272 I do. I practice what I preach.
Why cant you answer my question bro 😆
English

@VeteranNoob1 @SaladBarFan @user84829272 Then build less. Or build elsewhere.
You're not psyopping me into believing a "20' house" (really a 40' mcmansion) having 3' setbacks in the desert makes a lick of sense.
These subdivisions can be spaced out more, and it looks ridiculous. Tin can philosophy is for metro urban
English

@mattajos @Michaeldudufudu What have old ladies done for me lately
English

A dindu sucker punches a white woman, she falls face first into concrete, her out of shape boomer husband postures as if he's going to defend her but does absolutely nothing.
Perfect allegory for the West.

A bit much for only touching your hat
English

@earthquakeimune @Michaeldudufudu Are you really doing damage control for some old lady getting KO'd
English

@Michaeldudufudu That's not what a sucker punch is. Pretending to have absolutely no idea why you were attacked is in fact a perfect allegory for the west.
English

The comments here shows you how dumb people really are. That's a cartel money drop, most of those bills are probably marked.
You spend that money, not only are they going to find you but they will do ungodly things to your entire lineage to send a message.
Bro made the right decision, he was never going to spend that money. Greedy people would have gotten their entire families murked.

Florida man reportedly spotted millions of dollars in cash floating near a beach, pulled it out of the water, and immediately contacted the police 👀💰
English

@SaladBarFan @VeteranNoob1 @user84829272 Also those homes aren't 20' tall noob, 32'-40' fo sho'. If you dont wanna proper backyard just say so, but sprawl/burbs/country isn't the same as "I gotta save every sq inch" urban
English

@VeteranNoob1 @SaladBarFan @user84829272 If you wanna split hairs, setbacks should be in relative to building height. For a building that size, 10'-12' per side from property line imo
English

@mattajos @SaladBarFan @user84829272 Minimal setbacks provide more efficient land use, which means lower infrastructure costs per capita and more walkable communities regardless of population.
Your perspective is colored by being from ND. These are what most of the houses look like in Altoona PA, population 42k.

English

@VeteranNoob1 @SaladBarFan @user84829272 Ok but look at the size of those homes compared to the Dallas mcmansions dude. And they have plenty of room in southwest suburban sprawl to give more space, they're just trying to squeeze every dollar and it looks stupid
I mean yea, it's more cost efficient I'm not arguing that

@mean_field_zane @localsweety It's situation dependent. Could be either.
English

@localsweety Means she tried to cheat on you at the party I guess.
