As Elon tweets about transparency, developers and users of @tweetbot, @Twitterrific, and @echofon sit waiting 24 hours later with no word from @Twitter as to why APIs allowing third party apps stopped working. So much for transparency.

@elonmusk Maybe you should be transparent about the Twitter API that runs third-party apps like @tweetbot.

Twitter will publish tweet recommendation code & make account/tweet status visible no later than next month. Transparency builds trust.
