Find the outcomes that are one step past easy, and one level deeper than obvious. Measure those. Those are the metrics that serve purpose, increase clarity, spur action -- and reward reflection. Plus, they're just more FUN.

4. Always reevaluate the unasked questions in light of the responses I've already given; change them when and as needed.
