OK, not been on for a while - oops! have been away on a course and learned loadsa stuff! brill eh?

been out on bike rides today - fab! Doing a truck run into Glastonbury festival in morning :-)

has been a v good boy today - all the carpets are now clean! (bought a new hoover earlier!) :)

Is now cooking a home-made cottage pie for tea :):)

The week went well with all attending my courses enjoying themselves...now for next week :):):)

OK, so the course is ready, delegates are booked, directors want results....aaaagh! Why do I like training people!!!! Scaredy Cat or what?

Been to a training meeting today - new QCF system looks good.....how can I make it profitable????
