✳️ 72 Sending Labs were held in 2025 with 695 churches represented—to gain a vision of what it’s like to take responsibility as sending church for a new plant.
✳️ We had the joy of hosting 19 Residency Builders events with 298 churches learning how to build a church planter residency in their church.
✳️ 17 Learning Communities brought 146 churches together to help radically multiply and catalyze other churches to plant churches.
“We are incredibly grateful for every Southern Baptist church that stepped out in 2025 to plant a church,” NAMB president Kevin Ezell said.
“Every region of North America needs more churches, and it is encouraging to see Southern Baptists taking up the challenge. I also want to thank those Baptist associations and state conventions who have made church planting and church planters a priority.”
