First he claimed Louisiana needed sweeping tax reform and legislature passed it.
Then he claimed tax reform would raise revenue and usher in an economic boom for the state.

If Amendment 2 does not pass, there is no teacher stipend or $2000 payment to our teachers. Let me be clear—If Amendment 2 does not pass Saturday, there is no backup stipend. If it passes, teachers get a PERMANENT pay raise, and will no longer have to go to our legislators year after year to beg for their stipend.

All 4 minors involved in killing Linda Frickey went to adult prison under current law. One was convicted of murder. 3 others with attempted manslaughter.
The women's prison didn't have space to house the minor girls separate from adults, which is required by law. 1/2 #lalege
