@AnthropicAI Is shipping code a good metric to optimize?

Today, Anthropic engineers on average ship 8x as much code per quarter as they did compared to 2021-2025.

Our internal data shows Claude is accelerating AI development—a possible path to recursive self-improvement, or AI autonomously building a more capable successor. It’s happening faster than we thought, and the implications deserve greater attention. anthropic.com/institute/recu…

The more you fail with cold email the better you are.

The worst way to personalise a cold email with AI is to scrape a website and write a generic one liner.

You will always over estimate how well you will do with cold email. You need to have control over every point a lead can leak out of the funnel: What % book a meeting after replying, what % show up, what % say yes, what % actually sign the proposal and pay.

@dan__rosenthal Ya a lot of intent signals are pointless. These are actually useful

First-party intent signals are the cleanest buying data you can capture. Here are 8 signals live inside systems you already pay for: 1. Website hits on the pricing or demo page show up first 2. Form submissions across every campaign land in your funnel 3. Email engagement on past outbound surfaces opens, bounces, clicks, and replies 4. Product usage fires events from trial and freemium accounts 5. CRM activity ticks lifecycle stages from MQL through closed-won 6. A former customer at a closed-won account moves to a new company 7. Sybill flags call recordings that mention a competitor or a champion 8. Newsletter signups and content downloads log automatically

Every amateur in business thinks they need "the big idea" to grow. New ad channel. New idea. New product. Usually a waste of time chasing a new shiny object every week. Just be the top 1% in whatever you're doing. That's it.

One of the hardest offers in cold email is offering marketing to e-commerce businesses, here’s how to stand out: Make the best offer. Examples: - Free ads for their products - Free landing page - Actually good free tools

I've never seen a campaign where we added a subsegment variable and it didn't perform better. Instead of 'saw that you're a contractor,' call out the specialty: 'saw you're a plumbing contractor. More here:

@coldemailchris @ZaidAD_ Inbox rotation is great as well to keep sending volume low and domains healthier for longer

Doing everything "right" on cold email no longer keeps you out of spam. AI inbox filters changed the game. Even perfect SPF/DKIM/DMARC inboxes eventually burn at 6-9 months. So we stopped trying to make inboxes last forever. Instead: > Monitor every inbox's deliverability daily > Get alerted the moment one dips > Swap in a fresh warmed inbox same-day > Keep total volume per inbox low so they age slowly You can't prevent burn. You CAN make it irrelevant. Adapt or fall behind.

@marclou I’ve seen a lot of success with showing examples of what u want it to look like and it using devtools to navigate and iterate on itself

AI is so good at backend, but so bad at UI/UX. Any recent models one-shot my new features, but I'd have to spend another 10+ prompts to get the design right.

Almost all lead lists have about ~30% people you don’t want to contact. It’s really simple to get rid of them: A lot of people in this space use claygent or other paid tools but Claude code can build this so easily. Just tell Claude: “make a workflow where I upload a csv of leads, and it scrapes their websites and identifies if they are aligned with [ICP] and a fit for [OFFER]”

Sometimes these will have emails, if not you can use email finders like any mail finder or airscale which are pretty cheap. Or if you just want their LinkedIn you can ask Claude to use haiku sub agents to find all their LinkedIn URLs

Once you have your websites, get Claude code to scrape them. This used to be wayyy harder but now you can literally just ask Claude: “Use chrome devtools to scrape these websites, and build me a csv”
