@SouthernRailUK since December, the 07:23 Purley-Victoria service has been delayed every single day for the doors not opening in certain carriages. Please could you advise if you know of this and are working to fix it?

@SouthernRailUK Hi @SouthernRailUK , this is still happening nearly 6 months later and leads to on average 5 minute delays each day. Do you have a time when you think this will be fixed by?

@SouthernRailUK I was on a service at Clapham junction that was cancelled after 20 mins on train before driver said it was cancelled. But when I submitted delay repay, you are saying I should have switched services before the cancellation happened?

@SouthernRailUK Just at Purley. I think it’s just carriages 11/12 - I sit in carriage 1 but the driver announces problems at the back. Think happened again today
