@GYMObrad Final comment- I didn’t intend to say last night your coverage was inaccurate, I intended to say yes he might have said recommendation at one time and then talk about pending EO another time, which brings expectations of mandates, he says different things which are confusing

@GYMObrad So with mandated documents being updated, an EO on the way, and none received until after the school day on Friday how was a district supposed to plan, hence the frustration of boards, and local decision makers

@mattmcintire I went back and checked the press conference, both my posts and the media coverage that day. I didn't see the superintendent's webcast, but I've seen several superintendents' community letters - issued before Friday - and they reflected the recommendation, not mandate, info.
