@tomskitomski @PublicDigitalHQ The biggest challenge for many big organisations is now creating a simple overall service that makes sense to customers out of a collection of separate 'products'. Would be good to reflect that. Design systems are part of the answer, but org design much more important.

@LauraParkerUX This is bad advice if your brain doesn’t let you do this. When it’s me I’m on the stage I’m in position of power. That helps me ‘turn on the show’. However, put me in a smaller group and I shut down.
