So the penalty taker (Kane) can stutter step and basically do whatever in the run up, but let’s flag the keeper for coming off his line. Super weak call. Lucky for England

@mattyreeve5 The keeper can jump around do whatever he wants but a little stutter, you are blinded probably a keeper it is 50/50 if it gets saved or not

@Berkstractorboy Not from Liverpool and if it was for Gvardiol all good. Initially it seemed like they called back for the GK which is what I was reacting to

@mattyreeve5 Nothing lucky about it. Just your incredibly poor knowledge of the incident. Gvardiol encroached and cleared. So easy decision to retake. Keeper off the line too regardless of what Matt from Liverpool thinks.

@mattyreeve5 Super weak. But point me to the rule that Kane broke, and I'll point you clearly to the rule the keeper broke (let alone the defenders encroaching into the area before the kick)

@shaunle61197008 So the encroachment is fair and I didn’t see that part live. I was reacting to the stop / start nature of the run up in those penalties. Imagine you are the GK - makes it even more difficult than it already is and surprised we don’t see more off the line issues
