Avalanche head coach Jared Bednar will not accompany the team on their upcoming two-game road trip due to facial fractures and a corneal abrasion. He will not require surgery at this time and is expected to make a full recovery. Avalanche assistant coaches Nolan Pratt and Dave Hakstol will coach the team in Edmonton and Calgary.

Considérant qu’il sera UFA le 1er juillet, qu’est-ce que le #CH devrait faire? Evans a mentionné récemment qu’il n’y avait pas encore eu de pourparlers entre le CH et son agent pour négocier une prolongation de contrat. Mes 2 cennes: - Tu essaies de signer Evans d’ici la date limite des transactions à un contrat de maximum 16 millions sur 4 ans (4,000,000$ AAV). - S’il refuse, tu l’échanges au plus offrant à la date limite des transactions au plus offrant. Il pourrait bien rapporter un choix de fin de 1er tour. Choix avec lequel tu n’es pas obligé de sélectionner, en passant. Tu peux l’utiliser pour t’avancer et repêcher une 2e fois dans le top 10 ou le mettre dans un package pour acquérir un jeune joueur établit/un solide espoir. - Tu reparles avec lui le 1er juillet. Les chances qu’il revienne seront très minces mais tu t’essaies! Et gardez une chose en tête: Hughes adore “sell high”. Dans le cas d’Evans, ça ne pourrait être plus le cas que présentement. Was granted personal leave to get the loans to protect my family that was getting killed… everyone knew.. but maybe also after taking drugs and given pills since I came to league my whole career always being positive on my drug tests even after the rehabs until they now. Think anything about me and it’s ok I’m used to it. Nothing can really hurt anymore and what my family done to me growing up kinda set my mind to getting used to whatever comes my way. I mean would been something if everyone involved could have helped a bit with what the media have cooked up about me the last years when they knew it landed me in the suicide ward in Los Angeles. Statements have been sent from the attorneys and people around me that forced me to file bankruptcy…while getting a psychosis from waking up from surgery screaming as again before put asleep for itwas extorted telling me they were killing my family in Sweden. But after been hard to do much as I was put on 14 psychotropics and could not walk or much else. Done many mistakes and don’t deny it. That hurts. That my life and just being me in this crazy life affected people badly and that is what’s killing me mostly inside. Even tho my father and all people around him is what really took majority of all money and put everyone else in danger that I always had to handle. Unfortunately law enforcement around the world have known and seen alot of it. It’s not small people involved all these years. Unfortunately I could not go to camp as there was a big thing and threat around my family at the time and I was not told to travel. Not sure what the fbi told my wife when they contacted them and looked after them for a bit plus sister. Going to be a lot of wiping and cleaning here now. But atleast hope that the truth come out. Don’t mean my mistakes come out to. I’ve tried my best. That a judge, trustee and bankruptcy lawyers have totally made up things lately that has really just been fabrication I don’t understand fully yet but I have an idea. The fantasy movie that is my life will be pushed by the people involved that it is fantasy. I hope their lies turn out to be true and that I wake up from the nightmare. I’ve turned in the a bad person and that’s unfortunate. Tried to help others with mental health. Get things to change in sports but in society in general. It effects was pretty bad but that I was ready to take. I was warned and I still did. There are some good people I will always love.

Never had silence and my brain is now fully broken that there is no return.The chaos never stop and the fantasy and delusions that I prayed was a nightmare unfortunately was the reality. The reality was watched by the spectators while the torture of innocents that don’t deserve it suffered. When endings create a new beginning of truth and safety for those that paid the price and suffering. When the nightmare comes to an end and create peace and happiness. When consequences and tragedy create safety and justice brings a first smile and optimism of change and new beginning. When pain turns in to a friend and constant that was the only thing that never left your side. When lies and evil destroys the most pure bonds. Love and loyalty eventually lets go of your hand and you understand. You know it’s your fault so a small piece of your heart gets restored before the noise is over. The truth will shine because good or bad the truth is taking responsibility and not being a coward. Everything is documented and all proof is available. No need to believe but just see. Will make a better future out of tragic situation. No matter what pain has been dealt the biggest one is that pain gives satisfaction and emotions no matter how tough people fake to be become unknown. The nightmare is almost over but I’m going to choose to now stay in it. The nightmare have some people in it that I’m sorry was brought in to it. They will always be the only ones that given me the feeling of love. The future for them now have a chance of safety. When everyone around watch the innocent living under constant guns to their heads something have to change. It is now. Hate me. judge me. Lie about me. Don’t matter. Good or bad. I might be all you guys say. But do it based on the facts and what I’ve done or what have been done around me. Now it stops happening to the innocent people. Others will have to answer as well now. While staring in to the darkness now small light is shining. That is that they will have to face the same darkness but it’s not their friend. Enjoy it. To the ones that been affected and loved me. Celebrate and move on to freedom of a future of the blessings life can give with safety and happiness. Know that the torture and insanity is over and finally maybe there is happiness and peace for me. I’m ready to meet my judgement no one can judge me worse than I have my self. Hope truth prevails but when not one single fact or crazy fucking thing have been brought out or buried you just don’t know. I hope many people understands what this means for them.
