Squad for Wed game v @U15SSRU whites. Meet @DunvantRFC at 6pm.

Squad for our first 15 aside representative game of the season. Not all 30 boys can be involved but will rotate selection for each game. Game @WaterWheelers on Monday 18th Oct 6.30pm KO. Meet at 5.30pm

Not quite the way I was hoping my World Cup dream would finish. Been a pretty tough 24 hours to take but I’m very thankful and humbled for all the kind well wishes. On a positive note I’m excited to watch this @welshrugbyunion team go on and do something special. #cmoncymru

Not seen the NZ red card. But it shows on here everyone has such different opinions. Don’t try and change the game to much it’s a contact sport and there will be injuries. Also the tackler is now the one getting injured majority of the time as they try and change the tackle law.
