Thomas Diiorio, 40, was arrested in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and charged with harassment and bias intimidation
Video shows Diiorio aggressively approaching his neighbor while she was on the phone, yelling at her to get in her car and leave
He allegedly told her, “It’s always you people,” and used racial slurs
When Diiorio was asked by police what he meant by the phrase, he responded that he 'never seems to have these problems with [White] people,'
The woman told police her daughter had been bullied by Diiorio’s children, who called her an “ugly African.”
Police initially separated the two and no charges were filed on the spot, but after reviewing the video, they filed criminal complaints against Diiorio
