@BullyCreative If the case is straight up dismissed it’s set to be expunged, its cases where you reach a settlement agreement where it’s not automatic. You could be totally paid off but if it’s not part of the agreement the case will still be public

Did you know once an eviction case is filed against you, it continues to be available as a public court record until you ask for the case to be expunged or the file is destroyed according to the court retention schedule. A dismissed case will still appear on your court record.

Louis’s mom is a racist and they have those same friends intentionally scare her off. They absolutely acknowledge race, “genius”

@vicoviconii I think it’s the whole focusing on identity thing and just the way it was approached. I don’t think they ever even acknowledged the fact Stevie was black in the entire series and that’s what made the diversity work and not feel forced
