@0xlelouch_ Just push the high-priority one with a better (lower) priority value -> it jumps straight to the front. No need to drain 1M low-prio tasks first.The 1M low-prio tasks stay in the queue, they just don't get popped until higher ones are done.

Your job queue has 1M tasks. You add a new high-priority task but it waits behind 1M low-priority tasks. How do you implement priority queues?
