I know, but it's mostly about art, let's not deny that fact. Even the Access role nominations reflects that. I see people putting out quality content daily, only to get rejected after they're nominated, while folks with low-effort drawings end up getting nominated. This is why the Concrete community on X is littered with low-effort art left and right. Everybody suddenly wants to draw now, and part of what prompted this trend is that the mods seem to favor giving roles to people making drawings over those contributing in other ways. This isn't a meme project bro. it's an infrastructure project that needs more than just artistic contributions. We need technical contributions also, like explaining how the infrastructure works and every new update that is shipped on the protocol not excluding other forms of contributions. And while people should absolutely contribute in ways they feel motivated to, abd that boosts community vibes, their contributions should also have a meaningful impact on the project as well. This is a broader view, not just mine. Many folks out there including @Davikent share my opinion.
