Im lowkey so proud of myself right now. I haven’t had an actual binge in a rlly long time and I was binging on a small chocolate bar earlier and when I was about to eat the 4th (and last) row, I just stopped moving, stared at it and decided to stop. I’m lowkey so proud omg.
