I had to surmount my acrophobia and completed solo 8miles hike from Dent to Ribblehead, Yorkshire Dales. Stunning scenery! Dr Mark Fielding will be leading @LSCFTMedics and @WeAreLSCFT staff on the next trail, let me know if you are interested.

I thought that Floella Benjamin was suppose to unveil the 'Wind Rush Statue' in London. Why was Prince William doing there. Is that not reinforcing the damage that the Empire did to the whole of the commonwealth people including me.
