Something is clearly out of balance when someone earning £10k and someone earning £140k take home the same net amount. No wonder so many hard-working people and entrepreneurs are leaving the UK. Would you want to live in a country that punishes hard work and jobs creation?

@maxrobot5 @MichaelAArouet The cap does not always apply, there are various scenarios where it doesn’t. I calculated a maximum benefit of 74K and I may be slightly off, but I’m really quite confident “the cap” isn’t actually the limit.

France was built by ambitious people with vision, drive, and the will to succeed. It is encouraging to see that spirit coming back. Let’s honor that legacy instead of sinking into the defeatism of the left.

Irony is undefeated- the UK is banning stablecoin self custody, while Stripe is launching MPP enabling AI to use self hosted wallets all over the internet. If you try to regulate new tech with old rules, you’ll cut off any chance at your country benefitting from innovation.
