We fund research into inherited cardiac conditions in pre-adolescent children and support those affected by these conditions.

Over the last six months I’ve been speaking to the geneticists, chemists and cardiologists at the forefront of an audacious attempt to cure inherited heart disease. My long read is published in the Sunday Times Magazine today and online @thetimes thetimes.co.uk/article/f6f311…

Meet George. He has a condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. It's where the muscle of the heart becomes abnormally thick and makes it more difficult to pump blood around the body. (1/3)

Hello! We are so grateful to have your support and attention - we want to share something new with you. We are now using Give As You Live as a platform for all donations! Click the link in our bio to become a regular donor or to make a one-off donation and help save young lives.

Our fantastic @RoyalParksHalf and @OxfordHalf runners have raised over £1000 for us in the past couple of weeks. Both Hannah and Amar did amazingly and worked so hard to finish their half marathons! We are so proud and thankful to have such fantastic supporters. Thank you! ❤️

Well done Amar @amarjazad for running the Oxford Halfmarathon and raising £500 for Max's Foundation @maxs_foundation, a charity to fund reserach in into inherited cardiac conditions in pre-adolescent children and support those affected by these conditions.

Huge thank you to @theJeremyVine and @BBCRadio2 for having me on your show. It means so much to me to be able to raise awareness for the devastating effects of HCM in young children and what we do at @maxs_foundation in memory of my gorgeous little brother ❤️
