@SarcasmStardust I just bought 4 new food grade 5Gal, no lids, from Wally World under $20 At least 6 hours of full sun. I have raised bed in my front yard, East facing house, so sunrise until about 2pm the beds get direct sun. Buckets stand along side the beds to make watering easier.

Dear gardening friends, I have heard green peppers are hard to manage. Is that correct? Because I would really really really like to attempt to plant some. My oldest eats 2-4 every single day. It’s a “safe food”. I could save a ton of money if I could figure it out myself. Please keep in mind that I SUCK at plants. Whatever the opposite of green thumb is, that’s me. Please help!

@SarcasmStardust @aerwaves_ I will second that peppers can do well in buckets & that is nice because you can move them around if they seem to want more/less sun & even extend the season by bringing them in. They are also pretty forgiving, until they start fruiting, then they really want fertilizer & water.

@aerwaves_ Really?!?! This makes me so happy. Do they need full sun? Where did you get your buckets? I am a true true true beginner. I always give up because I kill everything I try to grow.

Liberal Americans have been conditioned to believe protest is polite, funny, respectful, performative, and above all else, nonviolent. The most violent government in the world is not going to relinquish power due to a fucking message made of people on a beach.

I don't think people understand the gravity of the situation as the UN is preparing for possible nuclear weapon use in Iran. This is a picture of Tehran.
