I developed cyclical vomiting from CHS recently and had to quit smoking weed but I’m here to tell u I never scromitted. I just regular vomited. Quietly and with dignity.

@CorinneSigns Sorry to hear that! My ER drs we’re very cool and only suggested the two could be related in helpful and non-judgmental ways. In my case the correlation became very obvious. Fuck medical bias of any stripe forever though.❤️❤️ hope ur good and feeling well!

@may_wise Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome occurs aside from THC. Mayo diagnosed me when I became suddenly ill, never tried it🤷🏻‍♀️ Causes still being researched w/o much determined. ER drs also make assumptions & deny appropriate care because of THC bias. My sincere sympathies-best wishes to you🌈

@may_wise aw man sorry to hear, GI stuff is the worst. i had my GI issues (gastroparesis etc) for years now and the only drug FDA approved to treat it 'exacerbates depression' (reglan). feel better, just don't smoke any of that synthetic stuff!

@healermikey Also I was an intense user and was hitting that vape constantly and that is not everyone’s deal!

@healermikey Thanks, I’ve been struggling with GI stuff for a year before I got hospitalized. I went to so many doctors. All symptoms stopped when I stopped smoking weed. If you’re not experiencing random bouts of vomiting I think you should smoke herb as much as u like but CHS is not made up
