Interviewed a candidate today his only focus was on money. he’s expecting more than a 100% hike Bola that’s the marketStand. I’m like, bro, you’re on 30L, and you want 80L with 2.5 years experience? And guess what he's worried about surviving with 50L in Bangalore. Lol !

@theofficialriti I know people getting 1cr with 2.5 yrs of experience at software engineer role. If your budget is limited, kindly interview people under your limits as well.
