I took an intercity ride on 27april from 8:00 AM Lucknow to Kakwan. I accidentally left a pouch in the back seat headrest of the cab.
I have been trying for the past 2 days to get the drivers contact details through the app, but haven’t been able to connect.

@Uber I spoke with the driver, and he denied finding any lost items. However, after I raised a lost item query, I received a message from the support team stating that the driver had reported finding an item.
Currently, the driver is not responding to my calls.
Please support.
