Vaibhav Sooryavanshi can dominate on flat decks & batting highways, but throw him onto a swinging Trent Bridge surface or a fiery Perth track and he could turn into a walking wicket. Blud literally throws his bat at the ball with minimal footwork & relies heavily on hand eye coordination. Once he consistently encounters hostile seam movement, steep bounce & disciplined fast bowling in challenging conditions, the hype could come crashing down very quickly. People were prematurely comparing him with Sachin Tendulkar and Don Bradman😭 This is what is happening in English conditions right now. Wait & watch for more failures👀

My view on Vaibhav Sooryavanshi hasn’t changed yet. He looks unstoppable only when the ball does absolutely nothing or when there is zero pressure or when the pitch is flat as a highway. He’s the definition of a home-conditions merchant and IPL bully, and the moment you take him out of familiar subcontinent surfaces, he’s done for. Put him on a seamer-friendly deck in Perth where the ball moves after pitching or a swinging surface at Lord’s where the ball swings a lot in air and he’ll be back in the dressing room before the first six overs are done. Let’s end the ridiculous comparisons with legends like Kohli, Tendulkar or Gayle. It’s embarrassing for the sport. He needs to figure out how to play a sensible knock in important matches. He should first learn to handle a simple outswinger or inswinger before anyone dares to place him anywhere near the true greats. Early judgements are not good for any young talent. Remember what happened with Prithvi Shaw and Deepak Hooda. Let them prove themselves outside India like what Kohli and other legends did for ages.

My stance remains the same on Vaibhav Sooryavanshi who looks like an absolute god until the ball moves half an inch or the pitch isn't a concrete highway. Bro is a certified home-track bully who won't survive five minutes outside Asian conditions. Put him on a green top in Perth or a swinging track at Lord's and he’s walking back to the pavilion before the powerplay ends. And please stop comparing this kid to legends like Tendulkar or Gayle. That is a total shame and a disgrace to cricket history. He needs to learn how to play a basic outswinger before anyone mentions him in the same breath as the greats.
