I had the privilege of moderating a keynote conversation at the @LLS_SUMMIT 2026 centered on “The Human Infrastructure: Mentorship as a System for Institutional Survival.”

The summit convened an inspiring mix of leaders, royals, young people, and innovators, all focused on strengthening systems for national development.

It was an honour to share the stage with two remarkable women: • Mojisola Elizabeth Hunponu-Wusu, Founder of Woodhall Capital • Barr. 'Bimbola Salu-Hundeyin, FICMC, MCArb, Secretary to the Lagos State Government

This belief is deeply rooted in our work at @CainAfrica. We are committed to ensuring that young people are not just educated, but intentionally guided, supported, and equipped to succeed. Lasting systems are built by investing in people.

The discussion couldn’t have been more timely. Mentorship goes beyond advice, it is a foundational system. It shapes how values are passed on, how leadership endures, and how institutions are sustained across generations.
