Looked into this niche market. Diplo's official times are available online if you know where to look. My Predictions: <23 min: should be a lock. <22 min: Should be good for , but I dont love r:r at $.69. <21 min: stay away from because theres evidence for timing issues with the bibtag system. But, his fastest legit pace is 21:18, so its definitely within reach. Queens is very flat course too. SF/LA are outliers because SF seems to be a timing error (cross checked via strava) and LA was a chill run. Weather is good for this 5k, so this would be a good race for him to test a PR.
