whenever a girl posts a selfie w a song over it on her story i always sit thru the whole 15 seconds bc i know she spent a good 5 minutes selecting the perfect 15 seconds to put over her selfie & it’s part of the selfie viewing experience

Just because someone has been in your life for years and you've made memories with them, doesn't mean they're meant to be in your life forever

Be intentional about seeking the face of the Lord this week. This world is set up to take our eyes away from the Lord. Set alarms, set timers, set reminders. Make time for Jesus.

Sending love to everyone who feels overwhelmed with work, with love, with life. Be gentle with yourself and take it one day at a time. You've got this.

Before you sleep, I found a bible verse for those who are struggling with anxiety, worry or depression. Psalms 94:19 says, In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul. You do not have to go through life alone, God cares for you & will comfort you.

I love how prayer can immediately calm your heart and give you peace.

I trained myself to stop being so considerate in situations where I'm not considered.

Before you sleep, commit your week into the hands of the Lord & ask God to guide, lead, protect & watch over you and your loved ones this week. Psalms 91 says, Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. May God keep all of us safe

Pray about it. Your mood swings, your temper, your ego, your insecurities, your mindset, your self-love, your emotional state, your environment, your relationships, your lack of motivation, your lack of execution, ur attraction to bad people. Pray about it all.

The bible constantly reminds us to not look back, to not be afraid, and that God is with us. In your moments of doubt, fear & loneliness, let the bible remind you that God is by your side. Let go of the old & keep moving to where God has called you.

Never limit your prayers because you think you’re sinful or undeserving. You are not praying because of who you are. You are praying because of who He is.

I think marriage and a 2 parent household is something too beautiful to miss out on, I still want my fairytale ending..

a woman's brain cannot relax until she feels physically & emotionally safe. many men don't understand how much energy women expend checking whether they're safe. providing an environment where she can turn off that part of her brain allows her to truly settle into her femininity
