Sad to hear that Charles Barlow - aka Barmy Charlie - has died. He made quality flags for all football fans. First met him pre-season ‘93 as he searched for his seat as the plane took off. The name Barmy stuck. Lovely fella. Always on SMBW. I took this pic last year. RIP.
