@mitchellvii Bill, I recognize the pangs n perils of using the polls to gauge as you point out. But, I am also looking at the national, state n local races that have been flipped from red to blue n some that have been red for many decades. Not sure why these changes have occurred.

𝗗𝗘𝗕𝗨𝗡𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗦! - Major pollsters that rely heavily on non-scientific 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗟 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗦. - YouGov - Harris Poll / HarrisX - Ipsos (often mixes in opt-in panels) A sample with thousands of respondents sounds impressive, but here's the problem: these 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡'𝗧 𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗠 𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗦! They're curated from people who have 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗬 𝗢𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗬𝗦 - often for small rewards. That means the respondents tend to be more politically active, more online, and more motivated than the average American. It's not a true random cross-section of the country. It's a self-selected group, and no amount of weighting can fully fix the built-in bias. Real random sampling is expensive and rare these days, but we should be honest about what these big "panel" polls actually are - and take them with a healthy dose of skepticism. What do you think? Are you still trusting these numbers as much as before?

I'm nervous for my sister. I've been through major surgery like that myself and I know how difficult it can be. The ventilator when you first awaken is the hardest part. Hopefully she'll be well sedated until they remove that. Thank you for your prayers. 😇🙏❤️

SISTER HEALTH UPDATE: My sister goes in for a quintuple bypass surgery tomorrow at 7:30 am ET. She is sounding positive about it and looking forward to feeling better. Please pray for her safe surgery and recovery. 😇🙏❤️

SISTER HEALTH UPDATE: The hospital was thinking about sending her home for a few days before her surgery on Tuesday, but I recommended against that. Her heart condition is way too severe to risk going home and being away from minute-by-minute medical care. The powers that be eventually agreed with me and have decided to keep her through Tuesday, when she undergoes multiple bypass surgery. I've received a lot of encouraging comments from my followers who have been through that surgery. They say that it is very advanced now, and they can work wonders! They say that she'll probably be in the hospital for five to seven days after the surgery, and then need about three to six months to recuperate fully afterwards. Thank you for all your prayers!
