@Dartpractice I did this one today. By no means am I a great player and finished in a little under 50 mins. Great routine that can work your entire game.

I get a lot of questions what i do for practice. I like to do everything in a short amount of time. I think this is one of the best routines you can do. You can play this on the mydarttraining app.

@Dartpractice @snakebitewright I practice it specifically. I play Catch40 with finishes from 41-80. @MyDartTraining has a tracker for it. I think I know where he got the idea. 😉

Do you practice finishes from 41 to 80? Curious how many players do practice the most important finishes between 41 to 80. In 2018, i practice everyday 41 to 80 after i watch a video from @snakebitewright. And it was really helpfull.

@Dartpractice I remember a version of this one. Start at 8, 6 darts. Hit add 1+ darts remaining. Miss -1. 5 lives. My best was 60. Will have to try it again.

Practice for doubles and finishes - you start at 40 - 9 darts to finish 40. - if you do so. You go up 1 point+ the darts that you have left. So 40 in 1 dart. You go up 9 points. Now 49 etc - if you mis you drop 3 points - you get 20 attempts. And see how far you can get.
