Today is the hardest day of the year. Saying goodbye after building community and making connections is my least favourite part of the job. Today I had to say goodbye to a beautiful group of humans as they journey onto high school. Oh the places they will go ♥️

Knowing your students is one thing. Your students knowing they are known, that is something entirely different. For some scholars knowing they are seen, valued, and cared for makes the impossible possible, makes the excluded included, and makes the inequitable equitable.

PSS students planned and facilitated 30 sessions for Wellness Day. This was the Walk and Talk session, I was blown away by the thought and care that went into these questions for students to chat with their partners about. Seeing former students as inspiring leaders warms my ♥️
