@WillHayCardiff @foecymrucydd Yes because the people of Wales have been bluffed. How many can work out 0.04% of the atmosphere . Mankind only responsible for 10% of that . So you have to categorically prove that 90% of the natural co2 has no effect. Climate scam it's economic suicide sunbeam & sea breezes

Want some positive news? Though social media and and certain politicians act like the public don't care about climate change, the evidence is that most people in Wales totally get that this is a serious issue. Polling by YouGov and @foecymrucydd found that supporters of all parties in Wales (except Reform) were concerned about global warming. You can see the full details in the comments.

@LeeHurstComic To use wind power to extract hydrogen by electrolysis from water only to burn said hydrogen to make electricity or engine. The energy required to get h2 from water will always be greater than the energy it yields. That's not opinion it the second law of thermodynamics

I would buy a hydrogen car if the refuelling stations existed. If the govt spent the tiniest fraction of EV subsidies on building them we could get going. I think people would switch to them far more quickly than to EVs as the refuelling times are the same as petrol. We would be energy self sufficient in no time. Like everything, with scale the costs will drop. We currently switch off wind turbines and pay the operators to do so when there is no demand. These could be diverted to create hydrogen instead. Likewise excess solar during the day. Far more sensible than building battery farms.

@LeeHurstComic Nope not practical . Hydrogen generation is a constant drain on the economy. The pipework storage and transport of compressed cryogenic gas which will constantly leak . The losses will be huge

We’re backing the next chapter of South Yorkshire’s industrial heritage, with over 400 new industrial jobs through this major hydrogen investment. This is our clean energy mission in action: rebuilding our energy security with clean homegrown power and good industrial jobs.

🚨BLAENAU GWENT SAYS SCRAP THE SENEDD🚨 BBC Wales gauged the mood in ex-Labour stronghold Blaenau Gwent yesterday. They won't have liked what they heard. There was much anger at the Senedd, with most people wanting it scrapped. Its bad record is coming home to roost.

It's odd that the "Thatcher is evil because she destroyed industrial jobs in Northern England" people seem to be very very quiet about Miliband and Labour doing *exactly the same thing* to Britain's oil and gas industry, steel industry, petrochemicals industry, farming, pottery industry, hospitality industry... basically any industry that uses electricity.
