@munro726 I put a IR sensor on my drop tube and got rid of the hopper switches. Works really good.

Thursday we get to tell Jamie’s mom, “Goodbye for now,” as she passed this weekend. She can find peace with the Lord and until we meet again, we will all have fond memories, and your delicious toffee recipe.

Finally selling these big guys. The plant held me back an extra week, 150 days old. Never sold birds this old.

@ebenkampfarms On Monday I sent my nephew there with corn and I went to Rockport with beans . We left at the same time and I beat him back by 45 minutes.🤦🏻‍♂️

Told Jamie, “Need to put up another silo, and keep another 50-75 cows and just say screw selling corn.” I could hear his face hit his hands from across the barn, and from three miles away i could hear my wife considering throwing me through a window 😂

Local mill where we have Feb and Mar corn sold has only been taking corn 2-3 days a week. Yesterday they opened at 6, by 730 they were full, not taking rest of day or Thurs. Around 9 “stop sending trucks. We’re full.” Around lunch, “WE’RE FULL. No more corn until Monday.”

Ms. Elizabeth Rose made her arrival on the 28th! Henry is adjusting, but says she’s, “so precious.” We wrapped up 2021 on a high note.

If it’s not feeding cattle here, or hogs next door, it goes up the highway to feed chickens and turkeys.
