Earlier this year, we committed to donating 100% of the proceeds generated from the sale of Orela Rose’s Day Shift and Night Shift Outfits between May 6th and May 27th to the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation's Grow Beyond campaign. We also gave you the opportunity to increase the final donation through a community challenge running from May 20th to May 27th.
We're happy to announce that thanks to all of you, we'll be donating 329,957 CA$ to the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation in support of children and families across Quebec.

Got this really cool gift today from @DeadbyDaylight
As the FW program closes in the next few days...this is sick, it's more than just a badge. Long story, I'll try to make it short!
When I first started content creation on DBD in 2016, I never once thought of anything coming near this level, the journey, the memories, the meaning. I got the game gifted for me and started making videos for fun, and had a blast the entire way. Eventually those videos blew up and I kept on making content and that was the start of everything!
In September of 2018, DBD launched a piolet program, called Fog Whisperer where content creators could become ambassadors for the game. From the moment this was announced I had a clear vision of what I wanted to work towards in the scene. Eventually this was expanded upon massively in Feb 2019, and sadly I wasn't chosen, but I saw it as an opportunity to keep grinding and going!
That lead me to a crazy crazy journey, where I first met the DBD team at NYCC, back in Oct 2019, and I had my first sit down interview with Mcote. There we started a great friendship, as well as great friendships with many other devs (too many to name!), such at Patricia (voice of Jane) who actually gave us a BHVR exhibitor pass so I was able to come early the next day and do the interview with Mat! At the time I was still in university, figuring things out, I went with my dad and even to him content creation was a bit puzzling and the weight of getting "a real job" was there, and figuring out what to do in the future. I met the lovely Marie C. who unknowingly sparked something else in me. She asked me when did I start doing this as a career? To that point in time I never even thought of what I did to be a career, and from that point on, I tried to take things to even the next level. Even Mat himself had some great convos with my dad and I telling us how much bigger what I am doing and will do will become, and it truly changed both of our perspectives.
That road took me to Pax East right before covid, I spent every last dime I had to make the trip happen, tried to convince as much of my friends like Mark, Paulie etc to come so I could see them for the first time, and went to the DBD meetup (even that is a story in-itself! I wasn't old enough to drink, and it was at a bar!!) These are some of the best memories I had, chasing a dream and having so much fun doing it.
Fast forward, right as things went into lock down, I made the huge scary leap to fully make this my career and go full time even though at the time I was not in the position to do so! I used the 2 weeks we had at the time, off from university to just give it my 100%. Those 2 weeks of lockdown became forever with extended lockdowns, but I still kept at everything using the time to the best of my ability.
Eventually in May of 2020, one week before I hit partnership on Twitch, I got the email saying I was selected to be a Fog Whisper! It was a surreal and full circle moment. Looking back it's still even hard to put into words. I learnt about it while on a collab stream and had to hold back tears and not say until until it was officially time!
For the next years, as a new Foggie, I continued to build connections, make friends, make memories have great opportunities all because of this, furthering my "career" and dream. Over the years this truly did become my career and allowed me to have amazing opportunities, my full parents support, and even convincing me that I am now living that dream I set out for so long ago.
In 2 days, the FW program will now no longer exist.
So as I said in the start, this is much more in than a badge. It's wayyy deeper than that. There is sooo much more to the story, but that is indeed the TLDR of it all haha. I am so thankful for everyone, past and present for EVERYTHING. The journey goes on! It's sad to see it go, but very excited VERY for the future... 🥹🫡
