A pipe burst and flooded a parking garage in Fairfax County, Virginia, after it was used as a pull-up bar on March 23. Footage shows a man jumping up and trying to do a pull-up when the pipe burst and sent the group he was with running.
Police in Virginia are looking for at least seven men and a woman who were seen dancing and playing around in the garage before the incident.

On average, family caregivers spend about six hours a day caring for an aging loved one. The responsibility often becomes physical, emotional, and financial—especially when no plan is in place. With the typical caregiving role lasting about six years, it’s more than a short-term obligation. It’s a life change.
That’s why preparation is a critical part of retirement planning. Long-Term Care Insurance can provide an affordable way to protect your income, assets, and family from the burden of extended care.

Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022, during the presidency of Joe Biden. He ordered airstrikes against Iran-backed militia groups operating in eastern Syria. Biden ordered an attack targeting ISIS-K after the Kabul airport bombing. He ordered multiple strikes on militia facilities tied to Iran in Iran, Iraq and Syria. He ordered attacks against Houthi targets to protect international shipping.
English

@AdajahHand @DX_Alphafg Huh? During the presidency of Barack Obama (2009–2017), he bombed at least 7 countries:
•Afghanistan
•Iraq
•Syria
•Libya
•Yemen
•Somalia
•Pakistan
26,000 bombs dropped in 2016 alone!
English

@DX_Alphafg Technically, Obama didn't start any war. He didn't initiate any major ground invasion similar to Iraq or Afghanistan. He did start continued military intervention and oversaw continued wartime operations. Most wars were started by Republicans. President Biden ended them!👏
English

First, he goes home, every president does it. Every POTUS is on call 24/7. Not an illegal war, Obama actually bombed more nations than anyone with Congressional approval. Here is why this is important. Need to understand history and facts. Washington cut diplomatic ties with Iran after the Iran hostage crisis in 1979. Since then, every U.S. administration—Democrat and Republican—has maintained the same position: a nuclear-armed Iran is unacceptable. This isn’t new policy or partisan rhetoric. It’s been consistent for nearly 50 years.
So why now? Because Iran kept advancing, and the world delayed.
By May 2025, the International Atomic Energy Agency reported Iran’s near-weapons-grade uranium stockpile had jumped roughly 50% in three months—putting it close to enough material for multiple nuclear weapons. U.S. military leadership testified Iran could produce weapons-grade material for a basic device in about a week, and for several weapons within weeks. As Marco Rubio said, Iran already has what it needs to build a bomb.
For years, Iran claimed its program was civilian while moving steadily toward weapons capability, including reported work on missile-ready warheads.
China’s role adds another layer. Iran is central to Belt and Road Initiative and a major oil supplier—accounting for over 80% of Iran’s oil exports. Stability matters to Beijing, especially with so much of its energy flowing through the Strait of Hormuz, where about a third of global seaborne oil passes. When Iran threatens that route, China pushes back—because its own economy depends on it.
Here’s the bottom line: the U.S. didn’t suddenly adopt a new stance or act solely on behalf of Israel. It responded to a threat that has been recognized—and largely deferred—for decades. Iran was no longer years away, but potentially weeks away from nuclear capability.
The real question isn’t why it happened now—it’s why it took so long. Luckily, for the world, Trump is taking care of this now.

@teoddhora How hard is playing golf and partying every weekend in Florida PAID by taxpayers and signing your name on TV to papers he NEVER reads?!! Felon Trump started an ILLEGAL Iran War which VIOLATES International Laws and the UN Charter. Attacking a country’s water and power is Illegal!
English

@soulconnect4 @RepNancyMace Trump made the order to get it done, not negotiate, not give them money, just get it done. They did. That is leadership with a spine.
English

@RepNancyMace What if it had been a gay woman? Would Hegseth go after her? And Trump watched on TV but the military did this. Not Trump. Give credit where credit is due.

The numbers are telling a story—and it’s one you can’t afford to ignore.
Caregiver shortages are growing across the country. From in-home care to long-term care facilities, fewer workers are available just as demand is surging. Add in tightening immigration policies limiting healthcare workers, and the strain on the system is only getting worse.
What does that mean for you?
➡️ Higher costs for extended care
➡️ Longer wait times for best options
➡️ Greater pressure on family members to step in
At the same time, traditional health insurance and Medicare only cover short-term skilled care—not the ongoing help you may need with daily living.

That gap leaves millions of families financially and emotionally vulnerable, will your family be impacted?
Long-Term Care Insurance helps change that.
✔️ Protects your income and assets
✔️ Pays for quality care at home or in a facility
✔️ Reduces the burden on your loved ones
Planning now isn’t just smart—it’s essential. Because when care is needed, you don’t want your family to be making decisions in a crisis.

@IsmoKolehmaine1 @CuriosityonX There is more CO2 today but gases like CO2 oxygen, and nitrogen are completely invisible
English

Actually is is substantially less polluted today. Major pollutants (lead, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide) have dropped dramatically—by 70%+ in the U.S. and globally since the 1970s. Cleaner vehicles: Catalytic converters, fuel standards, and EVs reduce emissions
Water quality: Rivers and lakes are far cleaner and safer.
English

@CuriosityonX In 2026 Earth's atmosphere is more polluted.

📸 TIME Magazine — April 3, 1978: “Travolta Fever!”
Back when John Travolta ruled the dance floor and Saturday Night Fever defined a generation, most of us weren’t thinking about aging… or what life would look like decades later.
We were living in the moment. The music was loud. The future felt far away.
Fast forward to today.
That same generation who experienced Travolta fever is now in their late 50s, 60s, and early 70s —facing a reality no one talked about back then: the need for long-term care.
Here’s the truth:
• Medicare and health insurance don’t cover ongoing help with daily living
• Families often become caregivers—physically, emotionally, financially
• Care often starts at home and grows over time
💡 Planning now changes everything.
Long-Term Care Insurance helps you:
✔ Protect your income and savings
✔ Stay in control of where and how you receive care
✔ Reduce the burden on your family
✔ Access quality care—at home or in a facility
The past was about living free. The future is about staying independent.
👉 The best time to plan was years ago. The second-best time is now.

Are you ready for what comes next?

English

@mhdksafa No. It is considered legal if the bridge is a legitimate military objective
(e.g., used to move troops, weapons, or supplies) which it was transporting missiles.
English

Most people assume Medicare or health insurance will cover care as they age—but that’s not how it works.
Medicare and private health plans do NOT pay for help with everyday activities like:
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Using the bathroom
• Meal preparation
Whether care is needed at home, in assisted living, or in a nursing facility, those costs are your responsibility.
Without a plan, you’ll either:
• Pay out of pocket
• Rely on family members to step in as caregivers
The reality? Aging often means needing help. The question is—who will provide it, and how will it be paid for?
Long-Term Care Insurance will help protect your income and assets, give you access to quality care, and reduce the burden on your loved ones.

@RoshanKrRaii Yeah, well Iran has missiles that could reach England and development of nukes was back on full speed. Plus, England needs that oil so maybe they need to do the right thing.
English

So when Iran attempted to assassinate two U.S. Presidents and several other high ranking officials, that was ok? When they killed thousand U.S. citizens since 1979 that was ok? As the largest state sponsor of terrorism you were ok with that? After killing 40,000 of their own citizens after a recent protest, you were ok with that? When they say death to Israel, you don’t care when they say death to America you laugh. When they provide no rights for women and minorities you say not our problem. When they started to build a nuke program you shrug your shoulders. When they actually use a nuke, you would say, “we should have done something”
