NEW and BREAKING: The FBI began investigating New York Times reporter Elizabeth Williamson earlier this year after she published a story about how Kash Patel was using FBI personnel to provide his girlfriend with govt security and transportation. A few months back, we set up @Cloudflare's system to stop the AI bots that scrape us with no compensation of any form. Here's one that we have now blocked 564k time since. Serious Q: Why do they keep sending it to scrape? Can't they learn?

@mccarthyryanj If I don’t focus on carbs it ends up being too low. Often because I fixate on protein at meals. So I have to be deliberate.

What do I eat in a normal day of training? I’m usually a bit reserved about sharing nutrition, but this week I’m documenting and tracking it all (though imprecisely). Will do a wrap-up at the end of week with training log. @brady_h Thanks! Helpful. I've tried tracking my carb intake during big training segments and it's about that level too...400 can seem way low on some days and 600 can seem impossibly high on others.

@mccarthyryanj It will depend on the day, but I'd estimate between 400 and 600 grams per day.
