Yesterday, I was en route from Chicago to Atlanta a 10-hour, 55-minute drive. About four hours into the trip, I had a flat tire on I-65 South in Kentucky. I pulled over immediately and called 911 because I don’t know how to change a tire. Don't yab me please 😄 The dispatcher asked a few questions, including my location and whether I had contacted roadside assistance. I told her no. She said she would notify a nearby officer but couldn’t guarantee how long it would take. I thanked her and ended the call. As I sat in my car praying for help to arrive quickly and searching Google for roadside assistance numbers, I suddenly heard a knock on my driver’s side window. It was a man in a work uniform. He said, hey, do you need help? I noticed you were parked and saw that your tire was flat. I stepped out and said yes, I did need help. He replied, “I’m roadside assistance. I’ll help you change your tire at no cost, it’s free.” I was shocked and excited. I smiled and said, “Really? Oh wow, thank you!” He told me all he asked in return was a review. I immediately told him I would gladly give him a five-star review on their website and he shared his name with me. Within about five minutes, he had replaced the flat tire with my spare and even added air to it to make sure it was safe. I was overwhelmed with gratitude. He saw how thankful I was, and gave me a friendly side hug, and wished me a safe trip home. From the moment I called 911 to the time I was back on the road, I spent less than 20 minutes. That is what a functioning country looks like. Thank you TRIMARC and Mr James for the help!! This is me saying thunder will fire Tinubu and all the batdiots and everyone who has always supported bad governance in the past in Nigeria. Because if I had a flat tire on the highway in Nigeria, I would sleep on the road till the next day with no help or even internet to call anyone for help. It will never be well with Tinubu.
