UPDATE: Rochester Police Chief David Smith says that the suspect was spotted by the Drone unit in a pile of brush. Upon the drone shining a spotlight on him,he pulled out a handgun and shot and killed himself.

The Wayne County sheriff tells me they’re investigating a fatal motor vehicle accident. 104 is closed between Route 14 and preemption Road.

Serious MVA | State Route 332 and Canandaigua-Farmington Townline Rd Farmington fire requested both on duty apparatus from the City of Canandaigua to the scene. Farmington fire, Canandaigua fire and Victor-Farmington Ambulance all on scene.

Phelps fire/ambulance and FLA ALS | MVA-Rollover | NYS Thruway (I-90) Westbound at MM 333. (West of State Route 88) Reported 1 vehicle rollover, multiple other reports of multiple vehicles off the road in that area
