Just had a really useful and insightful zoom meeting with @alva_uk London members. Easter seems to be a fortnight of 2 halves - first week good, good visitor number, good spend and healthy membership retention and acquisition, 2nd week badly affected by poor weather and strikes.

@JamesBSumner It’s the word “or” which is problematic I think, “including” would be better. I can recommend training from @Genderintell.

A phrase I'm seeing a lot at UoM is "[this thing is] open to all colleagues who are women, or who identify as women". I don't understand. It seems to be trying to be categorically trans-exclusionary but practically trans-inclusive at the same time. Or is it me who's being dim?
