@LAMaynard7 @mcjackupz If you take a prolonged break your knee gets weak and easily tweeks. Surgery guarantees stability but the rehab is long and hard, if you take rehab serious from the start your knee is stronger than before. It’s just hard, tedious and long

@LAMaynard7 Naa not yet, I’ve changed from the QE to the royal orthopaedic so that’s delayed things. Got a consultation the end of July, so hopefully surgery isn’t far off. Keep me updated on how you’re getting on though bro.
