@XMartinsMusicX A Northern Soul because it’s a Verve album whereas Urban Hymns is an Ashcroft album which was going nowhere until McCabe and the others added a little bit of magic to it. But still Northern Soul sounds like a Verve album and Urban Hymns does not.
