Does anyone around the high plains area have a sunflower header they're wanting to sell? I just want to put out some feelers before I drive to the dakotas for one.
@speerman42@mcmailman12 I do think stripper stubble is easier to deal with further north. Between harvest being later and more winter means less time for the crown roots to rot away.
@jwilgenburg1@BrentRogers19@SurePointAg If you can’t get the 3 point switch to work correctly you could try ag express. They make a hydraulic implement switch that is pressure operated and can be adjusted. I think you could just T it into a pressure line going to the cylinders.

@BrentRogers19@SurePointAg That's the problem, going into corn stalks and 3 point arms just don't have great places to mount switches reliably. Maybe the implement manufacturers could help too, contact switch like a planter would work well if they were designed for it
4720 sprayer. The outside nozzle or two on outer tips of boom are slow to turn on when spraying much below 10 gpa. I’m assuming it’s air trapped in the boom. What’s the solution for this? Boom charge settings don’t seem to matter much.
Okay AgX. I’m looking for a set of 6 or 8 Hesston Headhunters on a rigid head that fits a late N or R series gleaner combine. Preferably on 30” centers already. Wanting to demonstrate how a set work for YouTube. Help a guy out!
