The YCS VIP system is incredibly broken right now. The issue in itself does not come with the actual byes themselves, as realistically if you top a YCS you should be good enough to win your first two rounds anyways, but with how they interact with tiebreakers. (1/9)

I also think at some point an in-depth how to build a side and how to side deck video would be huge, not a lot of good content out there on side decking

If I were to write an evergreen “intro to competitive YGO” guide, what do you think that should include? Also are there any decks that would work as examples that are “timeless” for some of these examples

@aribobariiii The deck isn’t too bad once you learn it , it’s just very repetitive. Just remember you can’t summon the same name multiple times unless you summon two of the same name at the same time

Konami should change the threshold for 15 rounds from 2048 to ~1500. In the US, X-2s have missed Top 8 at every event, while in South America (one less round) and Europe (one more round) all X-2s make it.

@mcmariners_ The second point kinda is two separate things but I agree on both. Konami/event organizers should step up their logistic game when it comes to properly setting up the venues. As for the time rules themselves, allowing concedes after time is called would defo be a net positive.
