I just don’t understand why anyone believe moving forward with this core in any way is the correct decision. Mitchell, Harden and Allen should be gone without a second thought. I still think you need Mobley around as you rebuild. But reloading this group is not a serious option

If the Cavs actually replaced Kenny Atkinson with Jason Kidd, I don’t think it’s a watchable basketball team next season. They would be a 30-win team.

Good luck finding a coach for this Cavs team. There’s no leadership, no discipline, no accountability amongst that locker room. It’s an impossible task for any coach to even get it under control, let alone win with. No one worth a damn should ever want to coach them.

Worst feeling in the world is when you realize your favorite team doesn’t care about you. It’s embarrassing to be a Cavs fan tonight, it really is.

You can’t possibly watch Donovan Mitchell play defense and think he should be on the team next year. He might be the dumbest defensive player I’ve ever seen.

Cavs might have the worst defense on a playoff team of time. They don’t get back, they don’t defend backcuts, they don’t close out, they do nothing. Really shows just how terrible the Raptors and Pistons offense actually was that they couldn’t really ever take advantage of it.

I ended the show saying it but tonight is a pride game for the Cavs. You can’t enter tonight trying to win the series or even get back into the series. You’re simply playing for pride for you, your team and your city. Make them take their party back home, we don’t want it here.

Mitchell. 100%. What’s obvious is that this can no longer be Donovan Mitchell’s team and I think it would be unfair to everyone to ask him to take a backseat now. Build the best possible team you can around Evan Mobley and launch the soft rebuild. It’s the only way forward.
