@YNB I’m an expert in this area of healthcare. Sometimes the doctors and other providers are not sure about their hospital’s policy and default to “no.” Show them this. youtu.be/9rhykQpu2dg?fe… A compromise is to ask them to summarize into your recorder at the end. Good luck!

I'm not posting this to get sympathy but it's not a good day. It's ok not to be ok. 3 weeks ago today I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastasized brain cancer. Tomorrow I have my appointment with my oncologist/neurologist to determine what my radiation therapy will be like. Not going to lie, I'm scared. Some days it's hard to be strong & some days you just need to break down & let it all out. My first cancer diagnosis was December 2nd, 2022. Pesky Neuroendocrine tumors! 2nd diagnosis Feb 26 2024. I know I'm not the only one out there that feels this way either. I'm still alive & that's what's important. But I'm allowed to be scared. Even though I don't know you guys personally being able to post & know that there are other people who are going through the same thing I am or something similar is helpful & also heartbreaking. Why do so many people get cancer? Just please keep me in your prayers. As I will keep all of you in prayer. #ThanksCancer #IHateCancer
