@Beamspring There is definitely something significant about this S... I've seen it in a few keyboards as well, and when I do the other stamped letters are a little messier, askew or misaligned.

Another day goes by, another day this Francis segment becomes more valid.

It's... MyOASYS now 😈 12KC134B puts it pretty early in the Alps SKCC timeline and very early in the Alps SKCC Green timeline, second only after the Zenith ZTX-11 (12KC132A) to my knowledge The Fujitsu-style code on the Alps sticker is cool to see as well

@MosSali_3 So... I own this keyboard now, I guess. The scuff marks are at the exact same places. Small world!

@Beamspring Do the SKFL switches have the center peg in the stem? Here is a picture of one with and without the center stem.

Red Alps sticker! It's always exciting to see these stickers, especially the red ones, since that means the keyboard is very old, and old usually means early.

Something cool that I did not manage to get but managed to document: Sharp PC-3200S keyboard module, with an old "CH" PCB code and Alps SKCB switches!? Very exciting development here, perhaps I'll try to get one of these machines to inspect further...

I'M EVEN MORE PISSED NOW @Buyee 's auction timer adds an extra minute to what the actual auction end time is! I should've double-checked with the actual time🤦 this is unacceptable

It's been a while since I've been so angry... the seller ended the auction 1 minute early -- I was going to bid at 30 seconds remaining, significantly higher than the listing price to secure it Fujitsu FES-1 is very rare... I hope the winner will document it and post images...

@Beamspring It's nice when it's not rusted 😅 It's just a standard metal plate, nothing super notable I din't think If it were to have bottom cases like those on Northgate keyboards, though, then that'd be quite amazing.

And sometimes, even when the stars align, Alps just throws you a curveball... What the heck is this DHB code, Alps Electric???

Talk about typewriters, some of them can be a total pain to open up to see the codes, but you gotta do it to document the code! Laptops are even harder to open, and I'm not looking to disassemble the ones I have 😭
